Total RNA isolation: for purification and/or concentration from samples containing partial purified RNA
PRODUCT:
The GRS Pure RNA Kit provides an efficient and fast method for the purification and or concentration of high quality RNA from samples containing partial purified RNA obtained via other RNA isolation methods. Contaminants (e.g. genomic DNA or residual phenol) are effectively removed in less than 15 minutes , with a typical RNA recovery of 70- 80%. Purified RNA is suitable for use in Northern Blotting and RT-PCR.
