Ready-to-use DNA ladders, stable at room temperature. Recommended loading of 2-5 uL per lane. Suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments from 500bp-10kb, and composed of 10 linear chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments.

GRS Ladder 1kb is a ready-to-use DNA Marker suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments from 500 bp-10 kb, and composed of 10 chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments. All bands (except 2kb and 5kb) are supplied at approximately 40 ng/5μl. The 2kb and 5kb bands have increased intensity relative to the other bands on an ethidium bromide-stained agarose gel.
