Description:
Microtitre wells are coated with the B. burgdorferi (afzelii) antigen rich in p83, p41(flagelin), p39, OspA, OspC, p18 a p14.
The kit enables 48 tests for the parallel determination of IgG and IgM antibodies, including controls.
The kit may be used sequentially for individual samples.
High sensitivity and specificity.
Total assay time: approximately 1.5 h.
Colour reagents for easy pipetting.
Semiquantitative evaluation using the index of positivity (IP).
The kit includes two types of conjugate: IgG ang IgM.
The kit is manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Shelf life: 24 months.

Application:
Screening test for the detection of acute or chronic infection with B. burgdorferi in dogs.
Checking of therapy results using semiquantitative determination.
Differential diagnosis of non-specific signs and symptoms in dogs, e.g. fever, anorexia, claudication, fatigue, aches, apathy, arthritis, erythema or purulent skin affection, swelling of joints, arthrosis, lymphocytosis, lymphadenopathy, glomerulonephritis, heart block and aggressiveness.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Weaned Pig Diarrhoea GeneExpres Panel (fedA faeG eae and toxA from Escherichia coli)

Evaluate the expression of four virulence factors (fedA, faeG, eae and toxA from Escherichia coli) by using qPCR. toxA, coding for the heat-labile enterotoxin (LT); eae, coding for the intimine; fedA, coding for the F18 fimbriae and faeG, coding for the F4 fimbriae. Post-weaning diarrhea is an important enteric disease that usually occurs shortly after weaning and is characterized by watery diarrhea, dehydration, loss of body weight, and the death of infected pigs. This diarrhea is responsible for important economic losses due to mortality, morbidity, decreased growth rate and cost of medication. Escherichia coli is one of the most important causes of the increasing worldwide outbreaks of post-weaning diarrhea, causing sudden death or severe diarrhoea. The PCR identification of virulence factors of E. coli from fecal samples is normally used for the diagnosis of pathogenic isolates.

REAL TIME PCR DETECTION KIT Salmonella Dublin Typhimurium and Salmonella spp Bovichek triplex

This real-time PCR (qPCR) kit allows detecting Salmonella Dublin, Typhimurium and Salmonella spp

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Campylobacter coli

Detection test kit of Campylobacter coli by using qPCR. Campylobacter coli usually lives in the intestinal tract of animals. C. coli is very similar to its bacteria relative, Campylobacter jejuni; both cause inflammation of the intestine and cause diarrhea in infected animals and humans. C. coli is of the worldwide prevalence and is common in both developed and developing countries with most outbreaks related to food or water-borne causes.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Campylobacter fetus subsp. venerealis

Detection test kit of Campylobacter fetus subsp. veneralis by using qPCR. Campylobacter fetus subsp. venerealis is the causative agent of bovine genital campylobacteriosis, asymptomatic in bulls the disease is spread to female cattle causing catarrhal inflammation in the female genital tract, temporary infertility, and prolonged oestrus cycle. Endometritis prevents implantation until the infection is cleared and causes early embryonic death and occasionally sporadic abortion.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Campylobacter hepaticus

Campylobacter hepaticus detection test kit by using qPCR. It is responsible for spotty liver disease, a persistent problem in the poultry industries. Affected flocks can have a reduction in egg production of up to 25 %, and an increase in mortality by up to 10 %.
